Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (e.g. cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift certificates.

Exchanges.
The fastest way to get your desired item is to return your existing item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day waiting period for the European Union.
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving a reason. As stated above, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
